Love living here! The rooms are super big and everything is really nice inside. The club house and pool are awesome. I have only lived here a year but I plan on living here for the remainder of my time at Texas Tech! Maintenance is awesome! The Gym is also very big and has all the machines you could want!
Going into my 3rd year living here and I have to say I really enjoy it here. The staff at the front office are always very polite and the maintenance is always on top of it when it comes to getting things fixed at my unit. I enjoy all the activities offered here, and hope to enjoy this next coming year.
Been living here for almost a year now and it’s been nice. The Ave offers a quiet and peaceful atmosphere that I enjoy. Maintenance has always responded really fast and gotten the problem solved. Overall my experience has been good and I am releasing for next year.
